In Hong Kong, there are four anti-discrimination ordinances, whose objectives are to eliminate discrimination on the grounds of sex, marital status, pregnancy, disability, family status and race. Employers in Hong Kong are advised to be alerted to discriminatory biases which could be unlawful under the anti-discrimination ordinances. This course is good for everyone, it provides you with an overview of anti-discrimination legislations in Hong Kong. Participants will be able to identify unlawful discriminatory behaviour, to promote equal opportunities in employment and mange to draft an anti-discrimination policy for the company. You will earn 1 CPT hour upon completion.
